Privacy and Refund Policy

Smart Seminars Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for choosing Smart Seminars for your continuing education and ICTP certification.

Refund Policy: Online Courses and Webinars
We do not issue refunds for any type of course purchase.  That includes online CEU courses, Zoom Webinar CEU Courses, and  Zoom Webinars for the Initial Certification Training Program for new administrators. Once the purchase is made the sale is final and no refunds can be issued.  If the student cannot attend a Zoom webinar they may use their credit for up to 90 days in another Zoom Webinar.  If the student complains that the online courses take too much time or are too difficult to complete the student is encouraged to contact our technical support to resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds because the student has difficulty understanding the lesson material or cannot pass the quizzes. We recommend the student contact us for assistance if they have any issues with an online course.

Zoom Webinar Attendance and Makeup Policy
Students who attend a Zoom Webinar must complete the Zoom Etiquette Form confirming their understanding of the protocol and requirements to receive credit.   If a student is not present for any portion of a Zoom webinar or does not have their camera on or is clearly not involved in the course they must make up the time missed in the next schedule Zoom Webinar. If a student misses part of a day or a whole day the only recourse to make up the time missed is to attend the day missed in the next scheduled  Zoom Webinar.

Live Onsite Courses at Physical Location
In the unlikely event that a live onsite course is offered and is canceled, you may receive a full refund or credit for another course.
Couse content may change due to illness on the part of the instructor or other reasons we do not have control over.
A refund will not be issued for a change in course content. Please contact us if you believe you are due a refund.
