Instructor for Initial Certification Training Program ARF. Position entails teaching core content developed by the Administrator Certification Section. Teaching position requires a minimum 10-hour commitment within a four-day ICTP course. Courses are scheduled approximately every two to three months in Bellflower. Applicant should have experience in training staff in Title 22 regulations. The key requirement is that the applicant is a current administrator of an Adult Residential Care Facility in California with an active certificate. Applicant should have worked continuously for at least five years as an administrator. The curriculum is rooted in an approved outline by the Administrator Certification section.
