Online Courses
Once you register for online course(s), you have up to six months to take the course(s) you registered for. After six months the course will no longer be available. You will be required to purchase it again to continue. There are no refunds under any conditions.
Live Courses
You understand once you purchase a course (e.g. Initial Administrator Course), that the sale is final. If you cannot attend the course, you will have full credit for six months to attend another course.
Online course purchases cannot be applied to Live courses.
Recommendations
We encourage you to begin and complete your course as soon as possible.
