The water temperature in Wynn(135″) & Tarr(130″) was not within regulatory guidelines.
Based on the water temperature testing the water was too hot and this poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to the residents in care.The facility will adjust the water temperature so that it measures within regulatory guidelines (105′-120′) and provide proof of correction to CCL on or before the POC date.
