A first aid kit, as well as emergency supplies were present. The first aid kit needs more Band-Aids and there are no emergency supplies present. Licensee shall prepare an emergency kit to include food and water.

The home is approved for 10 ambulatory and 2 nonambulatory clients. Nonambulatory clients can reside in Room #6 which is just off the kitchen. At this time there are no nonambulatory clients present. A tour of the home was conducted inside and out.

Incidents of suspected abuse must be reported immediately by telephone to Adult Protective Services and followed up by a written report in accordance with W & I Code 15630. All staff shall receive mandated reporting training. The facility shall ensure the presence of sufficient and competent staff to provide the services needed to meet the clients’ needs.
